Wedding rings and jewellery - warranty
All the wedding rings, engagement rings and jewellery we offer come from our workshop and are made by using hand-made production techniques. This allows us to guarantee a high quality of our products and provide them with an extended 3 year warranty. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage (deformation), surface damage (scratches) and the misuse of the product. Warranty also expires if there is any interference in our products by a third party.
Additional adjustments of rings
In a need of any adjustments of the product such as size modification, polishing, restoring matting etc., please contact us primarily. We will then be able to continue to fully guarantee the quality of our products.
